Talem Home Care announces a heartfelt transition in its Colorado Springs franchise as Aldon and Lauralyn Purdham, longtime members of the Talem family, make the bittersweet decision to sell their franchise. After years of dedicated service to the community, the Purdhams are relocating across the country to be closer to family and pursue new opportunities. Aldon and Lauralyn shared, “The loving care our parents received inspired us to start our franchise nearly seven years ago. It has been an honor to serve and care for loved ones in our community as if they were our own family members over these years.”
“Aldon and Lauralyn have been an integral part of the Talem Home Care family, exemplifying our mission to empower individuals to live their best lives with dignity and compassion,” said Jake Rankin, CEO. “While we are sad to see them go, we are excited for their new journey and grateful for the legacy they leave behind.”
Jessica Daly, Owner and Executive Director
Jessica, originally from Hawaii, holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and brings 13 years of experience in the healthcare field. Inspired by her father’s 30-year battle with Parkinson’s Disease, Jessica’s mission is deeply personal. “My father’s caregivers brought peace of mind and comfort to our family during his final years,” she shared. “It’s an honor to now offer the same care and compassion to families in our community.”
Beyond her professional achievements, Jessica is a proud Air Force spouse, Girl Scout troop leader, and devoted mom who loves exploring the outdoors and traveling with her family.
Robert Daly, Co-Owner and Network Engineer
Robert brings 28 years of expertise in network engineering, project management, and IT innovation. A proud Air Force veteran, Robert has built a career ensuring operational excellence in fast-paced environments, from military networks to major corporate telecom systems. His technical acumen and dedication to service excellence complement Talem’s mission of empowering independence and safety for clients.
“When I’m not working with technology, I love spending time with my family, exploring Colorado, and cheering for the Minnesota Vikings,” Robert said.
