They acts as Advocates and Navigators for the Patient and the Family, which is Key.
Talem is opening locations around the Country by Franchising. They choose the right locations with controlled growth.
In addition Jake is President and Chairman of The Board for the Love Thy Neighbor Foundation, which was founded by Al Emmons in 2016. Their belief is that everyone has the right to age with dignity. They connect older adults with resources.
